Julie LaTerra Homes! Awesome Charlotte Custom Home Builder

Wow! What a company! I love the fact that Julie LaTerra Homes will help me design and build whatever it is that I want! They encouraged me to dream big and then gave me all the tools to facilitate me getting into the home of my dreams. For years we have dreamed about building our place, but we were afraid to use a small builder because we were concerned they might not be around to warranty our home. Julie LaTerra Homes is the perfect solution, their huge, and all about the customer experience:) I greatly enjoyed my visit and it was by chance that I stumbled upon them. I was at Concord Mills Mall, and drove past their design center and managed to make my way over to their showroom. It was awesome, I was so glad I had driven by the first two entrances to Concord Mills Mall because Julie LaTerra Homes is accross the street from the third entrance to the mall.

I was worried about not having land, but they have this awesome Land Discovery service that makes it seem pretty easy! I'm not really sure where I want to live exactly, I am kicking around the idea of building my custom home in Matthews, or Mint Hill, or Waxhaw or even possibly going out towards Lake Norman, and Julie LaTerra Homes will build in whatever area I desire! So far everything that they are about has really impressed me and I cannot wait for my second visit so I can start designing my new home:) If you have considered building a new home then you need to visit them, they are awesome!
